First aid for dizziness. This product has been immensely helpful during bouts of severe morning dizziness. Although I'm uncertain if it stems from vertigo or my slightly elevated blood sugar, I always keep this jar of pills to hand. Pure ALA wasn't available at home, which is typically required. I found that one capsule alleviates dizziness within half an hour to an hour. Continued use is necessary over time. To alleviate my severe episodes, I took 300 mg of alpha-lipoic acid daily for over six months. I recommend this supplement for those with elevated sugar levels and for emergencies involving severe dizziness.
